Lasermarked Labels

The polyacrilic film which was developed by TESA (Beiersdorf Hamburg) exclusively for the Lasertechnology consists of two layers of different colours.

Contrast and readability of the marking (p.e. progressive numbering, barcodes or technical data) is created by the laser-beam, which eliminates - while marking - the upper-layer of film and so exposes the inner-layer with its different colour.

The label is not removable without self-destruction and durable with a practically unlimited life-time. It is highly resistant against mechanical and chemical loads and resists temperatures between - 40 °C and + 200 °C for long periods.

The label is fakeproof, the laser-engraved marking cannot be manipulated.

Labels are engraved and automatically cut to any required size, complete flexibility to create alpha numerical characters of all desired types and sizes, variable data like progressive numbering, all industrially used barcodes and graphically most complex company-logos

  • data-transfer per e-mail

Use of labels marked by laser-beam is particularly advantageous for:

  • components identification, semi-finished goods and durable products of all types
